Olympia Zen Center

Practice at Port Angeles Zen is led by Jikyo C.J. Wolfer, Dharma Transmitted priest in lineage with Ryokan.  Her lineage teacher is Eido Frances Carney (information can be found on other pages on this website). 

Jikyo trained in Soto Zen since 1997 and lived in residential training at Olympia Zen Center for eight years.  She has led numerous retreats and leads sesshin when Eido san is absent.  Jikyo has a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is a trained mediator.  She has been a resident of Port Angeles since 2007.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:Port Angeles Zen Community will be closed for the entire month of March 2012 and will reopen at the beginning of April.  During this time if you have an emergency, please call Olympia Zen Center.
