Newcomers are invited to introductory instruction on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.  Please call ahead or email for a reservation.  Meditation instruction is also available during Sunday morning meditation on the fourth Sunday of every month.

Families with young children who are able to sit fairly quietly for about 10 to 15 minutes, are welcome to come on Thursday evening for the 5:30 p.m. sitting.  When young people are present, the first sitting period will be shortened to accommodate their ability.

Please wear comfortable clothing that does not have large, colorful logos or advertising.  Please, during the warmer months do not wear cutoffs, tank tops, or shorts.  Please do not wear perfume, aftershave lotion or other scented lotions and creams.

We welcome you regardless of  race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, age, or physical ability. 

Practitioners are always welcome to use cushions, benches, or chairs.

There is no charge for our instruction or teachings although we do ask for donations for special events.  We are completely dependent upon donations and the generosity of our donors, and we are 501(c)3 tax deductible.
